Completing a major milestone, all light rail track now is installed on the Mall. The last track piece will be welded next week; concrete will then be poured later to complete the installation. Also, new sidewalks are open to pedestrians on 5th Avenue between Burnside and Oak streets at the U.S. Bancorp Tower and on the west side of 6th Avenue between Madison and Jefferson streets. More
